Shipping & Returns
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5-10 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five to ten business days from the date of your order for most items. Various items may take up to thirty to forty-five business days to ship if they require customization. In the event that shipping will not happen within five to ten business days, we will notify you prior to completing the order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within ten business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
Shipping is free to locations in the 48 contiguous United States. All other locations may be subject to a shipping charge based on their location. Please call us at +1-208-918-0988 for shipping estimates to other locations.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive as well as the item(s) ordered prior to signing for delivery. If you notice any damage you should not sign or accept delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
Due to the unique personal nature of this business and matters related to hygiene and public safety, we cannot offer returns and refunds on all items. On items that can be returned, refunds will be offered on a case-by-base basis and are subject to policies enforced by the manufacturer of the product prior to refund approval.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If a refund is approved, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee and associated depreciation will be deducted from the refund. Products must be returned with the original packaging as it is designed to protect the product. If the original packaging is no longer available, we will work to acquire the appropriate packaging from the original manufacturer and the buyer will be responsible for any fees associated with the cost and shipping of packaging materials. We will work with the original manufacturer to arrange shipping for the return.
Refunds will not be issued until the returned product has been received, inspected for damages and wear, and approved by the original manufacturer and mPOWER Chairs.
